The services presented include cleaning and hygiene, industrial services, summer and winter services, security services, cash and valuables transport, rail services, logistics services, catering services, skilled trade and construction services, removal services, janitorial services, property and building management, technical operations management and maintenance, hotel services, and personnel services.
Within the scope of these descriptions, visitors to the website can find out about the type, scope, and modalities of the services offered.
Resources on the sustainability of the company are also provided, as well as a reporting office within the framework of the Whistleblower Protection Act.
In addition, there is also the option of applying for a salaried position with the company, viewing advertised vacancies, and accessing a news page with the latest information about the company.

Non-accessible content:
The content listed below is not accessible for the following reasons:
- Missing or insufficient subtitles for videos (no complete transcripts or audio descriptions available).
- PDF documents are not accessible (missing tags, non-accessible structure).
- The integrated external application for applicant management (“P&I Applicant Management”) is currently not accessible and can be difficult to access, especially for users with screen readers or motor impairments.
Disproportionate burden:
According to Article 5 of Directive (EU) 2016/2102, an exception may be claimed for certain content on the grounds of disproportionate burden. Despite our efforts, we are currently unable to offer the following content in a fully accessible format:
- Older PDF documents and Office files:
All PDF documents and Word files published before July 25, 2025, are not accessible. Some of these documents contain missing structures, insufficient alternative text for images, or complex content that cannot be revised at short notice without additional resources.

Our website integrates the external applicant management system “P&I Bewerbermanagement” from a third-party provider. This system does not currently fully comply with accessibility requirements.
• As this is an independent external application, we have no direct influence on its accessibility design. We are in contact with the provider and are working to improve the system.
