Sustainability
For a family-owned company already in its third generation, long-term, responsible actions and relationships with employees, clients and partners play an especially important role. At Götz, sustainability-related considerations are incorporated into our daily work and our approach toward people and the environment.
Götz supports a number of charitable and social projects. In addition, ecological and economic considerations are important factors in our decision-making. All three areas are therefore an integral part of our company values.

We support a range of social projects and initiatives as part of our social commitment.
Our Christmas wish tree event has become a tradition. Through this initiative, we help fulfill Christmas wishes for children. In recent years, we have given gifts to children from the children’s home Kallmünz, and in 2021 also to children at Thomas-Wiser-Haus and the children’s home Burgstädt in Chemnitz.
We also support various social institutions with donations such as daycare centers, workshops for people with disabilities, and non-profit associations.
Our employees are an important part of our social responsibility efforts. We value respectful collaboration and open communication.
We offer training and professional development opportunities that support employees in their personal and professional growth.
We employ people from over 100 nations and value collaboration within our diverse workforce.
Commitment to environmental protection
As early as 1996, we introduced an environmental management system and received certification according to DIN EN ISO 14001.
Environmental and energy-related aspects are considered within our operational processes. Clearly defined responsibilities, duties and procedures support structured organizational workflows.
Another element of our management activities is the regular review of work processes, products and equipment. In this context, aspects such as energy consumption, efficiency and potential optimization opportunities are evaluated where relevant.
Our employees receive training on cleaning methods, products and operational procedures. The training also covers the appropriate use of resources as well as the efficient application of cleaning agents and energy in day-to-day operations.
For us, quality includes compliance with defined specifications, processes and operational requirements while taking relevant environmental and energy-related aspects into account.
