What began over 75 years ago with the loan of 56 Marks to purchase a ladder, a gifted chamois leather, some old handtowels and a bucket, has developed into a large, internationally operating and successful facility management company over the years.

The Götz Group stands for quality, flexibility and transparency – a dense branch network, a well-organized customer support system and our contact people on site who form the basis for the achievement of our shared goals. Altogether, we have 100 branches and sites in Germany, Austria, Switzerland, Czech Republic, Poland and Hungary where over 16,000 people provide our services every day.

The company headquarters located in Regensburg and the administrative office in Chemnitz initiate business operations for the entire group. The neighboring countries are professionally set up with their own administrative sites and manage the other branches and offices.

The range of services offered by the Götz Group consist of all areas of facility management, infrastructural, commercial, and technical building management.

As a family-owned company in the third generation, we feel responsible to ensure the health and safety of our employees, to take environmental protection into consideration, and to continuously secure the quality of our services toward the customer. Treating nature's resources responsibly and respectfully is a matter of course for us.

With our practiced integrated management system certified to DIN EN ISO 9001, DIN EN ISO 14001 and DIN ISO 45001 as well as other sector-specific norms, we set ourselves the ambitious goal of regulating all processes, duties and responsibilities comprehensively and fulfilling all given standards at all times.

We also invest in tomorrow's management leaders by awarding Germany Scholarships at the University of Regensburg, at the OTH Regensburg, at the TU Chemnitz, the University of Greifswald and the Friedrich-Alexander-University in Erlangen-Nuremberg. With our young talent promotion program "FORTALENTS" we support young talents from Regensburg.
